What if there's an issue with my order?

We want you to love your Tokyo Tee and stand behind the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of every product we make. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.

Quality issues or need a different size? Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tokyo-tees.com with your order details (and photos if there’s a quality issue).

  • Misprints, defects, or damage are covered by a replacement or full refund.
  • Size exchanges are also accepted as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (customer covers return shipping).

Changed your mind?
As each Tokyo Tee is made-to-order, we can’t accept change-of-heart returns.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your Tokyo Tees to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery to the lower 48 states usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 2–3 weeks due to limited transport options (yes, really — it’s shipped by actual ship).

Your Tokyo Tee arrives on a premium Comfort Colors 1717 unisex tee, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk to stay true-to-size, you'll love the substantial yet ultra soft feel. All tees are 100% ring-spun cotton — soft, breathable, and durable. Designed in Japan, printed and shipped from the USA.

How do I care for my shirt to keep the design vibrant?

Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, avoid high heat, and air dry when possible. If ironing, do so inside out on low — never directly on the print.
