Shipping costs?

  • $4.99 flat rate shipping order with 1 or 2 tees.
  • Free Shipping on orders of 3 or more tees!

How long will it take to get my awesome Tokyo Tees gear?

  • Each tee is made-to-order just for you after purchase - custom printed for freshness!
  • Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (lower 48 states).
    Note: Hawaii & Alaska may take up to 2–3 weeks. Your package will literally be put on a boat. We know. Crazy. We are trying to find a solution.

Is a Shipping and Tracking Number provided?
Yes, you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is packed and shipped.

What if I Entered the wrong Shipping Address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us at support@tokyo-tees.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll e-mail you tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep!

Will you keep my credit card information on file?
If you choose to save your payment information, rest assured that it is securely stored with our trusted payment processor, not directly with us.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may apply depending on your local laws, and you’ll see any applicable charges at checkout.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we do! If you’re using a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to enter your address correctly during checkout, and we’ll get your awesome Tokyo Tees gear to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently focus on US customers but plan to expand soon! Stay tuned.

My Order is Missing in Action! What do I do?
Don’t worry, we’ll get it sorted! Before reaching out to our awesome customer service team, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Double-check the Shipping Confirmation Email: Look over the tracking number and make sure the shipping address is correct. Typos happen, even to the best of us!
  2. Check with Your Local Post Office: Your package might be playing hide-and-seek. See if they’re holding onto it for you.
  3. Ask Your Neighbors: Maybe a neighbor received your package by mistake. It’s always worth a quick check!

If you’ve done all these and your order is still missing, please contact our amazing customer service team at support@tokyo-tees.com with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to track it down and will issue a refund or replacement as needed.

Important Note: If the issue was caused by a mistake in your original shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the cost will be your responsibility.
