Where are you located?

Tokyo Tees is a Japan-based brand with U.S. fulfillment. Our t-shirts are designed in Japan by local artists, inspired by iconic pop culture - from ramen to kaiju. Each tee is then made-to-order and custom printed after you place your order, then shipped from our trusted U.S. fulfillment partners for fast, reliable delivery.

How can I pay for my Tokyo Tees order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. No need to trade your ramen stash for a t-shirt - just use your preferred payment method at checkout!

Do you offer gift cards?

What size should I order?

We know sizing can be tricky! That’s why we include a size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.

What are your t-shirts made of?

Our shirts are soft, breathable, built for comfort and are made from 100% ring-spun cotton.

How do I wash my Tokyo Tees shirt?

To keep your tee looking crisp and vibrant, follow these simple tips:

✅ Use mild detergent (no bleach!)
✅ Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
✅ Skip the iron on printed areas

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on US customers but plan to expand soon! Stay tuned. 

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times:
USA: Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (lower 48 states).

Note: Hawaii & Alaska may take up to 2–3 weeks. And yes that is insane. It's due to the policy of shipping by actual ship, so please this one is out of our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. You can also put your number into our tracking form to get updates.


Issue with Order: Making Sure You Love Your Tee

What’s your return policy?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Tokyo Tee. If your item arrives with misprints, damage, or defects — or if you need a different size — we’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or exchange. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (customer covers return shipping).

How do I request a return?

Email support@tokyo-tees.com with your order number, a short description, and photos (for defects). We’ll review your claim within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or size exchange depending on your situation.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
